Thomas Hemminger endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

"I hereby lend my personal endorsement to Tom Hoefling for Governor of the State of Iowa. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, I love my home-state. I have watched from afar, over many years, as poor decision after poor decision was made in the governance of her people. I firmly believe, by testimony of his devotion to Christ, his upright character, his unwavering advocacy for the complete abolition of abortion, his superior knowledge of our state and country's foundings and systems of governance, and his profound love for Iowa's citizenry and posterity, that Tom Hoefling is the excelling candidate for the state's highest office. In the preamble to our state's constitution we stated, "WE THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF IOWA, grateful to the Supreme Being for the blessings hitherto enjoyed, and feeling our dependence on Him for a continuation of those blessings, do ordain and establish a free and independent government...". If we expect His blessings to continue, we must act in accordance with His Word. It is my conviction that Tom Hoefling will carry out the duties of the office of Governor of the State of Iowa in just such a manner."
