Monte Goodyk endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

4/30/2014

"I know I have told people that I'm voting for Tom Hoefling for Governor of Iowa but what I haven't done yet is endorse him. Lo and behold, the time has come. Iowa has the highest corporate tax rate in the country. We have a current Republican Governor that believes in Common Core and special tax breaks for large companies of his choosing. I could go on and on in reality. Or, I have a better solution. Let's elect a Governor who can and is willing to fix almost everything wrong with our state!

Therefore, I am officially endorsing Tom Hoefling in his bid for Governor of the state of Iowa. I STRONGLY urge you to do the same if your values even closely resemble mine. I know Tom. He is a man of moral character nothing like exists in politics. I trust Tom without a doubt in my mind that he will do the right things. I believe God will bless Tom and our State if we elect him! I'm asking you to vote TOM HOEFLING for Iowa Governor. Please! For our kids and grand kids!!!"

"Through conference calls and conversations, I have noticed that Tom Hoefling does not try to 'read the public', as he is the public. He does not try to be like the people, as he actually is like them. He has a sense of what Americans are thinking because he is thinking it too. That gift is the gift of unity with the public he leads. He has been vocal and stirred public passions. Tom resonates with the people! Blessings to Tom Hoefling and his campaign in 2014!"

-- Nancy Gleason-Bruce, Iowa

He will, no doubt, serve the great state of Iowa and its constituents with all his heart. A vote for Tom is a vote for common sense principles and family values; a vote for the people, not for 'politics'."

William Sankey endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/10/2013

"I fully support Tom for Governor of Iowa. I know that he will do what it takes to improve Education in Iowa. For now, even the Republicans refuse to do what it will take to improve the education system of Iowa. They say they do, but all they are doing is pulling your leg. I think that Tom will do what is required. Remove the lies and hate from the school books and put the truth back in. The Republicans say that other states teach these same lies and hate so we should also."

-- William Sankey, Pomeroy, Iowa

Hobart Smith endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/9/2013

"Note from a Buckeye to a Hawkeye:

Even though I’m a couple of states away, I still consider you all as 'neighbors.'

My association with Tom Hoefling over the years is one I greatly value. I’ve gained much from our countless hours discussing the value of principled, constitutional self-government and the best way to exercise a dependence on God’s help in affecting its restoration locally as well as nationally. In my opinion, Tom is the best answer to the question of 'After Branstad, what?'

Tom’s approach to executive leadership would be from a solid conservative base, reflecting a Godly worldview and a deep knowledge of, and respect for, the foundational principles that resulted in America becoming the most secure, prosperous, and envied nation on earth.

Tom’s appeal is to folks who are ill-represented by current politicians and the media elite who support an agenda detrimental to the security and general welfare of God-fearing, Liberty-loving Iowans. Things like: open borders at the expense of national security; 'gay' rights at the expense of freedom of speech and association; redefining marriage to the detriment of the natural family; socialized health care and other programs that jeopardize the rights of private property and individual liberty, and most importantly, the destruction of innocent human life for the sake of political expediency.

Of course, someone who shares these views with the majority of the Republican base is not likely to expect the support of the current Republican leadership.

But that’s where you come in.

If you’ve had enough of unaccountable leaders whose priorities differ (in some cases oppose) those of the constituencies they have been elected to serve, you’re going to have to do something different. Expecting the media establishment to act in your best interests won’t cut it. Returning control of government to the governed will require your active participation in behalf of your neighbors.

The only question is: are they worth it?

I believe a Tom Hoefling governorship would be the best thing for the future of Iowa.

Yours Truly,"

-- Hobart M. Smith, Oxford, Ohio

Harlan Brown endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/8/2013

"I grew up in Iowa, spent much of my life there, and still have ties to the Hawkeye State. I have known Tom Hoefling for more than five years and have worked with him in political activism. It is rare in politics to find someone as dedicated as Tom is to the state motto, 'Our liberties we prize, and our rights we will maintain', inscribed in white letters on the Iowa flag. For Tom, liberties and rights are not just buzzwords to get votes but principles to which he is deeply committed. He understands that our liberties and rights come not from men or government or a constitution but from God. Tom meets the guidelines that the Holy Bible gives in Exodus 18:21 for leadership in civil government: able, God-fearing, trustworthy, and hating bribes. The preamble of the Constitution of the State of Iowa begins, "WE THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF IOWA, grateful to the Supreme Being for the blessings hitherto enjoyed, and feeling our dependence on Him for a continuation of those blessings..." I endorse Tom Hoefling for governor, and I urge Iowa voters to read his Iowa Leadership and Accountability Project Principles, choose life and blessings, and vote for Tom Hoefling."

-- Harlan Brown, Durham, North Carolina

Geketa Holman endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/7/2013

I have known Tom Hoefling since 2006. I have met very few men that has as much integrity, honesty and willingness to serve his fellow man as he has shown for all these years. His love of country is unprecedented, only by his willingness to fight for the posterity of our country. He works countless hours teaching and helping others to understand the principles set for by the founding fathers of this great nation, his understanding of the Constitution is admirable. My only regret is that I do not live in Iowa. I endorse Tom Hoefling for Governor of Iowa without the least bit of doubt; he will be a statesman not a politician and certainly not a yes man. Tom will serve Iowa well as your next governor.

Greg Sabine endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/7/2013

"Having known and worked with Tom Hoefling for several years now, I cannot think of a more principled or qualified leader to fill the Iowa governor's seat. With his moral compass pointed true North, his nonpareil understanding of America's first principles and his unwavering political courage, Tom has both enriched me as a teacher and inspired me as a citizen activist in ways that I could never have imagined - or adequately repay. Iowans should be greatly encouraged by the candidacy of Tom Hoefling. Hooray!"

-- Greg Sabine, Brockton, Massachusetts

J.D. Ellis endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/7/2013

"For those who understand that government was instituted by God, and must function according to His plans and purposes if it is to prosper, there is no other choice but Tom Hoefling for Governor of Iowa. He understands that it was our founding on Biblical principles that made America the greatest nation the world has ever seen, and that our departure from God is the greatest problem facing America (and Iowa) today. He's a true moral conservative, and gets it right on every issue--he's no one-issue candidate. But he does know how to put first things first, and will work above all to end abortion, because he knows that every other right is meaningless as long as the right to even exist is being routinely violated. If he stands so strong for the rights of the weakest and most helpless among us, you can be assured that he will stand for your rights, too."

-- J.D. Ellis, Savannah, Tennessee

Preston Dunn, Jr., Executive Director, Personhood Arkansas, endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/7/2013

"My name is Preston Dunn, Jr. As Executive Director with Personhood Arkansas, I have received many emails the past few years from Tom expressing his views and commitments concerning life and values. I see Tom as one who would promote these values as part of a principled leadership philosophy and act for the people based on these values. Iowa is fortunate to have Tom Hoefling running for Governor. His willingness to participate in the process that is politics these days speaks much of his character and compassion for his state and the state of this nation. May God richly bless Tom, his family and his efforts going forward."

Tom Kovach, chairman of Veterans United to Save America (V-USA), endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/7/2013

"Tom Hoefling is a "true believer" -- in God, in Jesus, in America, and in the principles that made America great. He has taken stands on key issues affecting this country, and he has "led from the front". When it became obvious that the "two-party system" was rusted beyond repair, Tom Hoefling did the foundational work to build America's Party from scratch. Five months later, we became the third-largest political party in the United States. (If you've never heard of us, just think of the term "media bias". Telling the public about our party would kill their goose and break their golden eggs.) For several years, I have participated with Tom on our twice-weekly national conference calls. I've spoken with him in numerous private phone calls. Tom Hoefling has remained consistently principled. He is a leader, and his leadership relies upon a solid grasp of historical facts, founding principles and sensible decisions. I endorse Tom Hoefling for governor, and I encourage you to support and publicize his campaign. Thank you for your attention."

Marvin Sprouse endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/7/2013

"Tom is a remarkably talented young man, who can accomplish more with the least resources of any man I know. He is highly principled and is more trustworthy than any man in politics I have ever known. He is a high energy worker and always follows through on everything he promises to do. If Tom says he will do somethng then believe it will be done. If we had a dozen men like Tom in our Government our Nation would be a more sane and accountable Power."

-- Marvin Sprouse, Fort Worth, Texas

Thomas Hemminger endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/7/2013

"I hereby lend my personal endorsement to Tom Hoefling for Governor of the State of Iowa. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, I love my home-state. I have watched from afar, over many years, as poor decision after poor decision was made in the governance of her people. I firmly believe, by testimony of his devotion to Christ, his upright character, his unwavering advocacy for the complete abolition of abortion, his superior knowledge of our state and country's foundings and systems of governance, and his profound love for Iowa's citizenry and posterity, that Tom Hoefling is the excelling candidate for the state's highest office. In the preamble to our state's constitution we stated, "WE THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF IOWA, grateful to the Supreme Being for the blessings hitherto enjoyed, and feeling our dependence on Him for a continuation of those blessings, do ordain and establish a free and independent government...". If we expect His blessings to continue, we must act in accordance with His Word. It is my conviction that Tom Hoefling will carry out the duties of the office of Governor of the State of Iowa in just such a manner."

-- Thomas Hemminger, Tyler, Texas

Chaplain Gordon James Klingenschmitt, PhD endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/7/2013

"I've known and worked with Tom Hoefling for years, and he is a man of principle
who does not compromise on issues of right and wrong, such as life, marriage, family,
equal protection, and liberty.  He's a true grassroots conservative with a track record of
standing up to the establishment, and I heartily endorse him."

-- Chaplain Gordon James Klingenschmitt, PhD, The Pray In Jesus Name Project

Gregg Jackson endorses Tom Hoefling for Governor

12/5/2013

"While I don't live in Iowa, I would be casting my vote for Tom Hoefling for Iowa governor in 2014. No doubt in my mind. I have known Tom for about 10 years and consider him to be one of the most principled men I have ever had the honor and pleasure of knowing. Tom understands why civil government exists and what its primary role is (to protect and defend God-given rights). If you are okay with RINO governors keep staying the course. If you are a pro-life, pro-marriage, pro-rule of law Christian/conservative, who wants a chief executive officer who will abide by his oath and enforce the law in strict accordance with the Declaration and Constitution, Tom Hoefling is your man."

'Our liberties we prize and our rights we will maintain.'

Tom Hoefling on Government:

"Just as 'good fences make for good neighbors,' good government is mainly about knowing where the legitimate boundaries are, and having the courage to defend those borders forcefully. This is true in terms of the defense of our territory, our security, and our national sovereignty, but it also applies to the sworn duty of all of those in government to equally protect the God-given, unalienable rights of each individual person, from their creation onward, their sacred obligation to stay well within the enumerated powers of our constitutions, and of the role legitimate government must play in balancing the competing rights and interests of the people, in order to establish justice."
