I ran because no one else would speak up for the rights of our posterity. I ran because no one else would stand without exception for the equal protection of that posterity - the protection that God and our Constitution absolutely require. I ran because no one else would defend the civil institution of marriage, the way God created and defined it, and the way it was always recognized throughout our national history. I ran because no one else would speak out against the coup d'etat, the destructive fallacy, of judicial supremacy. I ran because no one one else would speak out against the unconstitutional spending that is about to land our country in insolvency, and rob our children and grandchildren of their God-given right to government by consent. I can see the finish line now, and, no matter where I place, I have no regrets about running again. At the very least we robbed American Christians of any legitimate excuse, and represented the faith and the beliefs of the most decent principled men and women in America. That's all got to count for something... Tom Hoefling
No matter the outcome today, we can go to our rest tonight secure in the knowledge that we, unlike our opponents, stood without wavering, without exception, for equal protection under the law for the innocents who are threatened over the next four years by the monsters who stand ready to annihilate them in the murder mills of America. We stood without compromise for God's institution of marriage and the natural family. We stood for the people's right to self-protect, as secured by our Second Amendment. We stood for adherence to the Enumerated Powers of our Constitution, and for the reining in of those who would have a judicial oligarchy rule over us. We stood in defense of the sovereignty, the security, and the borders of the United States. My supporters have nothing of which to be ashamed. When it is all said and done, others will not be able to say as much. Longview (TX) News-Journal
MARSHALL — Harrison County Republican Party Chair Wes Brumit has resigned, saying he cannot support GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump. The announcement took the executive committee of the county's Republican Party by surprise. "In our last executive meeting, (Brumit) did share with us his views that he could not support Mr. Trump," said Wendell Jones, a member of the executive committee. "We all told him at that time we felt that was inappropriate for the (party) leader in our county, and, we would hope as he studies the issues that he would come to a different conclusion and support the party ticket from the top down." Jones said the Harrison County Republican Party does not stand with Brumit's statements regarding Trump. "We've been here supporting and calling, asking people to support the ticket from the top down," he said. In a statement announcing his resignation, Brumit said he no longer can be affiliated with a party that "holds Donald Trump up as an example of its values and principles. "I would be doing a disservice to the party and my executive committee by continuing in this capacity, when I have no confidence or respect for the man at the top of the ticket," he wrote. "To be clear, I will continue to fight for conservative ideals and values, but will do so through a different venue." Brumit, who declined to comment beyond his statement, indicated he has no plans to support Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. He said he will be supporting and voting for Tom Hoefling, an Iowa resident and nominee of America's Party. "His values, character and principles more closely exemplify my own," Brumit wrote of Hoefling. "To borrow a phrase from President (Ronald) Reagan, 'I am not leaving the GOP, the GOP left me.' "I am happy to be able to vote of Tom Hoefling for president, a man who loves God and stands up for life!" Sunny Shell of Plano, Texas: "My family voted for Tom Hoefling because our faith in Christ trumps our fear of any man or woman--and that includes Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Neither Clinton nor Trump can take away anything beyond what God Almighty allows, and neither can give us anything that God Almighty disallows. 'And the LORD said to Satan, 'Behold, all that he has is in your hand. Only against him do not stretch out your hand.' So Satan went out from the presence of the LORD.' ~Job 1:12, ESV No one can make anything great except the Great I AM. And the last time I checked, His name is NOT Donald Trump. It is YHWH." Gerald Prichard of Meridianville, Alabama: "An inscription on the fireplace in the White House's State Dining Room, written originally by John Adams, in part reads, 'May none but Honest and Wise Men ever rule under this Roof.' After researching Tom Hoefling's beliefs and actions, I think that he would be the kind of person in character whom John Adams had in mind. I can truthfully say that I have not encountered a political candidate previously with whom I agreed more on moral, political, and economic issues than Tom Hoefling, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to vote for a candidate with a clear conscience." Claudia Barlow of Yucaipa, California: "Tom is my candidate of choice, because he is not making empty promises that he can't possibly keep." Matthew Philleo of Eau Claire, Wisconsin: "John Adams said, 'There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties, each arranged under its leader, and concerting measures in opposition to each other. This, in my humble apprehension, is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution.' Why should I support the lesser of two evils when there is a third candidate that most accurately represents my views? The Republican party was the new kid on the block when the Whigs and Democrats were hashing it out. They had one major platform, one decisive goal: to abolish slavery. And eventually, these unlikely candidates gained a following. And eventually they won. And slavery was indeed abolished. But that was then and this is now. The Republican party of today is nothing like it was in the 1850's. I want to vote for a candidate that will actually stand up for life and marriage, and not just give token assent to gain my vote. Tom Hoefling, from what I can see, is that man. Now God is ultimately in control, but I want to vote for the best candidate, regardless of the chances of getting elected. We have to start somewhere and let our voices be heard as Christians. We don't have to be a slave to the two-party system. We don't have to follow the herd. We can vote our consciences and let the chips fall where they may, and at the end of the day, let God's will be done!" November 3, 2016, interview

In this election, I believe there is only one candidate who is truly God-fearing. One candidate, who knows America can never be great again until she honors what made America great in the first place. One candidate alone, knows & has a firm grasp of the historical documents that are the foundation of our American republic. One candidate, who understands and believes that government's first and highest purpose is to protect our posterity. One candidate alone, proclaims that he will close the death camps, which have stained and polluted our land. Tom Hoefling is the only candidate who can offer us genuine hope, that can restore what the moth has nearly destroyed. If you hold your vote as a sacred trust, want to honor God & restore equal protection under law to all human beings ~ vote for Tom Hoefling in 2016 ~ for you and your posterity! "Well, first let me say, I hate the title 'social' issues. Social issues are who you are going to invite to your Super Bowl party--or whatever. We are talking about moral issues. The basis for our form of government and our claim to liberty is a moral basis. Without that moral basis, we have no rule of law, we have no justice. We can't have equal protection under the law. As far as the racial things, as far as I'm concerned, there is only one race, and that's the human race. And I believe in equal protection under the law for everybody, including little babies in the womb."

Tom Hoefling, America's Party 2016 Nominee for POTUS, on the Liberty Line Radio Show Interview starts at 12:00
"Human government exists to punish evil doers and to restrain evil-doers. . . . The power of the sword, the responsibility to protect human life, that's the first reason that we have human government. And sadly, in our day and in our time in the United States of America--a country that was dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal--we continue to slaughter millions and tens of millions of little babies, and strip them not only of their life, but all of their liberties and their right to equal protection under the laws." -- Tom Hoefling |
