Virtually every regulatory “pro-life” bill being offered in our day completely surrenders the indispensable principles of God-given, unalienable, individual rights, due process, and equal protection under the law.
So any “victory” you think you have gained with this legislation is wholly a mirage.
You’re not “saving some” as you think you are. You’re guaranteeing the continued killing of all.
When those principles have been given up - since they are the only real moral, constitutional, and legal arguments against the practice of human abortion - the continuation of abortion on demand is absolutely assured.
Especially when you join that error with the common mistaken belief that we live in a judicial oligarchy instead of a free constitutional republic with required checks and balances.
