Abortion is, before anything else, a moral matter, one that involves the shedding of innocent blood, an act strictly, explicitly forbidden by God, punishable by the executive power of the sword.
Which means it is also the most fundamental of legal matters.
The command by God to the whole body of the people to requite the shedding of innocent blood, as recorded in Genesis chapter nine, and reinforced by the Ten Commandments, contains no exceptions and has never been amended or repealed. This is the historical foundation of God's establishment of just human government.
The natural moral law basis of America's claim to self-government in liberty, as expounded in our national charter, the Declaration of Independence, accords with God's command.
All of the clauses of the stated purposes of the supreme law of our land, the U.S. Constitution, align with God's command.
The explicit equal protection and due process requirements of the Fifth and the Fourteenth Amendments to that Constitution fulfill God's command.
The equal protection and due process requirements of all of our state constitutions are in perfect harmony with God's command.
So, why do thousands of innocent, helpless, defenseless little boys and girls continue to be ripped apart and annihilated in America every day, under the color of "law"? Because those we elect have no allegiance to the first and most important obligations of their sacred oath of office. They either don't understand, or don't care about, the reason their offices exist.
What can be done to stop this immoral, unconstitutional, illegal holocaust?
Stop supporting oath-breakers, and start electing oath-keepers.
It's as simple as that.
