Tom Kovach of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, national chairman, Veterans United to Save America (V-USA) endorses Tom Hoefling for President
"I got to know Tom Hoefling in early 2008, just before the April nominating convention of the Constitution Party. When the CP turned their back on presidential candidate Alan Keyes (in favor of 'Ron Paul's money,' as a video proves), a few of us went to work on creating America's Party... In the years since, Tom Hoefling and I have discussed many topics of national importance. We have done this via e-mails, private phone conversations, and the America's Summit national conference calls. Tom has pioneered many of the techniques now used by other organizations. (We were doing direct access TWO YEARS BEFORE the Tea Party movement.) Only within America's Party can any 'average citizen' have regular and direct conversations with a national party's chairman and presidential candidate. No 'filters' or 'gatekeepers'. No membership dues. No $500/plate dinners. Just a group of sincere Americans that was to 'do politics differently'. And, over the years, we are making a difference. In all of those discussions, I've come to know Tom Hoefling as a man of study, honor, and integrity. He is a man of his word. And, he is a fighter. He had a vision for this type of activity two decades before it became reality. He stuck with it. Tom Hoefling is a walking example of the phrase 'turning the battleship'. (For those that didn't grow up watching Jack LaLanne on TV, picture a swimmer pushing against the side of a battleship, and never giving up until he turns the ship!!) For all these reasons, I'm proud to support and endorse Tom Hoefling as a candidate for president of the United States."
